yesterday's yesterday, i declared war with some colleages for being such rough. and rude. and berserk.
after that, one of them send me a videoclip of me yawning infront of the pc. i laughed like hell. i mean, i yawned like godzila ya-wlll. tapi, agak cute jugak :-". huh, there goes my war lah kan!
and if u happen to read my shoutbox, yupp, i am officially taking herbalife now. heh. and after aaa err 5 days trying, hehehe, i havent lose any grams. ke? and no! i didnt mean to sabotaj you ayu-mrsimran!! i have to admit here, i didnot follow the rules n regulations. kohkohkoh.
ok, here's the rule. i have to drink the milkshake for breakfast, and lunch, [so, no breakfast n lunch accept drink the milkshake lah] and then i can eat dinner as usual dinner. but... yes i took the milkshake for breakfast, but not lunch n dinner. hehe. i eat my usual meals for both times. kehkehkehhhh... itu sebab orang ckp 'kalo nak seribu daye, kalo tanak seribu dalih'. KENAPE AKU SANGAT PEMALAS!!!!!!!!
